I personally thought those three in particular, were the worst written and most badly treated.
Like, it's pretty clear from Mark Millers writing that he really really hated Bruce, Clint, and Nat and didn't even try to make them likable.

Well, technically Hank Pym was dragged into full-on despicable villain status, so I'm not sure he isn't near the top.

I like how 616 Hank is a little messed-up in the head, knows it, and is trying to be better. Ult!Hank is just a sadist.
