I thought I was getting better, well enough to have a baby. Four months in and my symptoms are coming back I think, I can't sleep, my anxiety/insomnia has come back like a whammy, I THOUGHT I WAS BETTER and the more anxious I get the less sleep I get the more symptoms I get the more anxious I get the less sleep I get the more symptoms I get I HAVE A FREAKING BABY TO CARE FOR I hate my troll brain!

Four months after birth? Are you sure you do not have postpartum depression? I hear people who had it before pregnancy at same point in life are more susceptible to it.

Get professional help for your anxiety and related issues. Seriously. Postpartum depression kills.

Mental illness is incurable and never "goes away" completely. It's something that takes lots of therapy and daily changes/sacrifices to cope in a healthy way. Struggling doesn't make you weak. Neither does asking for help.
