...I kind of feel this way, but there are a few people I have cussed out viciously for being what I saw as too contemptuous of the poor.

There are people I've gotten into it with over contempt for the poor, gay rights issues, women's rights issues, disability-related issues, racism, etc., but I've cut three people out of my life total and they didn't just have opinions. Their actions warranted it.
