For SGA, I shipped John/Rodney initially (not very original, I know) but when I came back to the fandom recently, I found myself shipping Ronan/Rodney and John/Todd (yes, Todd the Wraith...don't judge me). idk what happened.

does any fic exist for Todd? Because I fucking loved him and I too shipped him with John. I also ship Rodney/Ronon but there is like no fic for that either. Sigh. I will read anything with Ronon.

there's a surprising amount of Todd/John Sheppard fic on AO3: http://archiveofourown.org/tags/John%20Sheppard*s*Todd/works (like, it's absolutely nothing compared to John/Rodney but I was honestly surprised that there were that many fics for them. I imagine there must be at least a few more floating around on LJ or wherever though)
