I have a lot of VERY strong opinions, but as far as opinions that would make me refuse friendship with someone, let alone consider them an absolute enemy... idk. I like to think people are more than just a few opinions, no matter how misguided or even harmful I think the are.

I guess where I would draw the line is if they had some kind of viewpoint that was actively harming others. Like, they felt it was okay to hit their kids. Picket the funerals of gay people. Abuse animals. That sort of thing.

Some opinions I think are harmful - like anti-gay marriage, but I could stand a friendly relationship with that person, and since I'm gay, I'd hope maybe I could cause them to open their minds a bit. I wouldn't declare them an outright enemy.
