Steak. It turns out that everyone in my family just likes it disgustingly rare.

I think the new rule should be that kids in mead eating families need to be allowed to try beef that's medium, medium rare, and medium well so that they can decide what's best. But no rare beef for kids. The bacteria is for grown-ups... because it's delicious.
