Re: Doctor woes?

Zopiclone? It isn't good to be on that for too long, so I can understand them reviewing it. That and Diazepam are considered bad news by a lot of doctors, and they like to try and address the source rather than just treat the symptoms. I know it is scary, but it is actually one of the upsides of having a health service that isn't in hock to the pharma industry. I know it doesn't help you that much right now, but it could be good for you long term. The snarky remark was not on though, that is just poor taste.

I'm not on either of those, my original doctor recommended the one I do take because it's supposed to not be addictive like many of the others. I think it's more like, I'd like to have it available to me as a crutch, it helps my anxiety a lot to know that even if I don't take it, I still have the option so don't need to freak myself out about what will happen if I don't sleep. idk, it just seems like it relies on whatever insomnia therapy they have actually working for me, and if it doesn't, I'm basically out of luck. But yeah, I never wanted to be on the medication for forever so I guess it's as good of time as any to see how I do without it.
