oh man.

I don't know what I'd do if a doc refused to prescribe my meds. I actually tried (very slowly and under doctor's supervision) tapering off of them a few months ago and the result was disastrous. I had physical withdrawal symptoms as well as basically reverting to being a mental basketcase.

I'd love to have a time where I can come off them completely, but that time is not now.

Of course, if I knew I could afford therapy (right now I don't think I can) that would help a lot. But I don't think it'd be a complete solution.
