Re: Your "Happy Place" show/book/movie/etc
I do watch the one Doctor Who episode with Vincent Van Gogh for cathartic reasons when I'm feeling particularly bad about myself.
B5 is what I watch when I'm sad or having a bad day. When I'm having a bad day I just want to immerse myself in a fictional world. So that tends to be the most unique and completely thought out ones. So Tolkien or Babylon 5 mostly. Star Wars sometimes.
