No, it was more recent than that. A (presumably Canadian) anon saying a lot of (primarily wrong and uninformed) shit about how awful the American federal system was, and also blaming a lot of the problems in Canada on it. Just a real weirdly paranoid outlook. Can't track the thread down - maybe a month ago.

Sounds like nonny has been reading too many CBC comments, then taking them seriously. They're hilariously bad. But the only entertainment to be had, in the midst of all this SRS BSNS shtick all five parties seem to be going with.
