That's super tenuous though. You could pick literally anyone who "you may have known at school" and say "James would have been like Bob Saget when he grew up because they both were someone you may have known at school."

Or you could pick anyone who bullied other kids. I could say "James would have been like That Girl Who was Mean to Me in Jr High when he grew up because they both bullied people."

It's way too broad for it to be a meaningful comparison in any way.
