I think it's cool that there are actors who just don't do them. Neal McDonough is known for refusing to kiss an actress for a role. He plays good leads, just not those kinds of romantic leads.

Then he shouldn't be cast for romantic roles or roles that involve kissing. Which would be the casting director's job.

Neal flakes out on this kind of stuff at the last minute. It's given him a bad name. I respect that he isn't comfortable with that due to his religious convictions, but he needs to be iron clad up front about what he will and won't do, then he needs to stick with it. If someone changes it up then it's their fault and their mess to clean, but he says he'll do one thing and then says "nope."
