This. I think "mansplaining" is one of those dumb terms anyway well-suited for stupid internet arguments but not anything more serious than that, but here we go anyway. The point is that a man might be making assumptions about what is and isn't sexism, without having the experience of being a woman and therefore not empathizing with things he has never had to experience. That would just be untrue in the case of any woman.
