Do you restrict yourself a lot when it comes to what you eat? I mean, besides the obvious number of calories. I also try to be around 1200 calories a day at least for a little while more, and I feel that it would be a lot harder for me at least if I just restricted myself to eating healthy all the time, so I try not to deny myself an ice cream as long as I still come around 1200 or even a bit above (as long as I am under 1500 I'm still at a decent deficit I feel if I've done any sort of activity during the day) I still fail sometimes though. Like, yesterday I bought a tub of mocha ice cream and ate it all in mostly one setting. While it was a delicious 800 calories I also regretted it a bit afterwards.

Maybe you should try upping your daily calorie count a bit? Especially considering you workout 4 times a week. Your body needs fuel to move around! I'm obviously not an expert though, and still fairly new to actually trying to get in shape so what do I know?

Maybe you should check out r/loseit? I personally lurk around there and feel like I get some tips out of it. It's also nice to know you're not alone, whether it comes to failures or victories.
