I've had no breaks/fractures ever, and only one little sprain that cleared up by itself.

Major TMI time: first time I got vaginally fisted I was deep in subspace. There was a lot of blood (it shouldn't be like that normally, don't worry, I was being gung-ho). But being the vagina, it literally healed up in a couple of days, and was no big deal. Amazing. Regular fisting most likely helped me not have any injuries when my baby got stuck coming out and had to be pretty much yanked to save their life.
