Re: I feel like complete shit. TW: Weight talk

My sympathies, anon. It might be worthwhile to examine your diet/exercise regime, though. A lot of people go for fad diets, obsessive calorie counting or brutal workouts because they think it'll be really effective, but unfortunately, those are really hard to sustain for the long run. And when it comes to healthy weight loss where the weight stays off, you need something that you can sustain without bad relapses.

Given the rapidity of your weight loss, I rather suspect your methods are unsustainable and they're likely to keep resulting in a yo-yo weight loss/gain, which studies suggest is unhealthier and harder on the body than simply remaining overweight. You don't want to do this to yourself, honest. Find a sensible diet and exercise plan and resolve to be okay with relatively slow weight loss. General rule of thumb is the faster the weight comes off, the quicker it is to pile back on.

Also, if this is calorie counting anon, please reconsider. I know you haven't listened to any of the comments you've received before, but your approach is very unhealthy and it's not working. You can do this, but not in the way you've chosen. Please get some help for your disordered eating.
