Wow, I'm sorry it's so difficult. What country are you going to school in? Where I am I was able to do most of it by computer and it was done in a few weeks to a month at most. Not that I can't sympathize, it's no fun worrying about money especially for school :(

US. The problem is we got everything done, it's just genuinely* a problem where the government website isn't working, and it needs a patch. It's really annoying. |D
