Not really. Riddler barely showed up in the later incarnations. This scene here is from his only major moment in the new series, and it was from the Superman TV show, no less.

As far as I can remember, once the change took place, he never actually uttered a riddle once.

Welp, that was a disappointing bit. He barely had any lines and they weren't even clever lines. (He should have at least taunted Supes while Bane was doing his thing.)

A Riddler who doesn't actually riddle isn't worth mentioning.
