Kinda but kinda not? Everyone is always talking about how it's the only strawhat ship that could become canon / makes the most sense, but there isn't much fic or fan-art for it. It's more... casual shipping is the word I guess? Like "oh they're really cute together" but that's about it.
Then again, I mostly interact with the Japanese side of the fandom so maybe it's more popular among Americans/Europeans?

((I do love the quality of the fan-art that exists tho))
