Asexuality (and aromanticism) - legit, but overused by teenagers, and should always be double checked to make sure it's not due to medical reasons.

Demisexuality/romanticism? No.

When people mention "medical reasons" I feel like they don't actually know the definition of asexuality and think it's the same thing as a low sex drive, but that's not the case. A low sex drive absolutely could be caused by medical issues but that's not what asexuality is. It's a lack of sexual ATTRACTION, period. Some asexuals have high sex drives, they're just not directed at anyone. And I don't know of any kind of medical condition that could cause someone to not even be ATTRACTED to anyone. Someone could have a low sex drive because of a medical condition and once the condition is treated their sex drive goes up, but who they're attracted to isn't going to change, whether they're straight, gay, bi, etc. Or asexual.

As for aromanticism that has nothing to do with medical conditions, unless you mean they're a sociopath or something but if that's the case, they're going to have way more symptoms than just being aromantic.

Me, right now, post birth. It's making me feel like I'm a fake lesbian, even though I'm not attracted to men either. The number of people I've been attracted to was always rare and for a long time as a teenager I thought I just would never be. I'm just telling myself it's tiredness, depression, hormones, relationship issues and being wrapped up in my baby, and it will come back one day. But right now I'm entirely sexless and I don't like that.
