Kilborn was a douche that I'm sure the Daily Show production people are happy to bury, and his version of the show was a COMPLETELY different beast from Jon's. Since I assume it'll just be some stylistic changes to account for the different style of the new presenter, and Jon didn't burn any bridges, I don't think his episodes disappearing is something to worry about.

I was at a taping of the show in the last year or so of its run with him, and I was sitting in the very back row next to the sound guys. Every time Kilborn opened his mouth and said something, one of the sound guys would say to the other, "He's such an asshole," and anyone else from the crew who happened to be passing by would agree. Everyone seemed to hate him.
