You obviously haven't been in the right places. Personally, yes, I have noticed that trend, HOWEVER, I don't listen to those mixes. There will always be a diamond in the rough, and I think I'm lucky to follow some cool people on tumblr, bc when I come across a mix lately, it defies all of your bullet points.
