The shaky cam fake zoom in for dramatic decisions. You know, where something dramatic happens and the camera jerks around to one character, shakily zooms in real close, then back out a teeny bit to try and make it look like a camcorder shot when it is really just a plain old reaction shot. Just use a standard pan and zoom, guys, you are fooling nobody.

I think also the walk and talk, and the character asking a question at the end of one scene and not getting it answered until another scene in another location and at least twenty minutes later because...drama? NCIS is particular offender in that regard. Take a shot every time McGee asks a question then they must have had an uncomfortable silent car ride before Gibbs or Tony answer.
