How exactly does the full star planet charts work? I've looked into it a little, but end up a confused every time.

You can find them online (Im sure there is a way to figure them out manually but that probably requires like, books and stuff) but you need to know your date and time of birth (at least approximate time) and what timezone you were born in, and then you can find out what sign every one of the planets, and the sun and moon, were in when you were born, and each one is meant to describe a different aspect of your personality (so like venus is sort of meant to represent how you enjoy things, mars is how you do things/aggress, etc)

and before anything says anything I am super aware this is not scientific, but its fun, so
