I am now interested in that fic of Steve topping Thor, if you happen to have a link.

This is frustrating me. I cannot find it. The things I remember are that it was dom!Steve/Sub!Thor and they were on Asgard. Odin didn't think Thor was worthy of his son. But the only fic I can find with a similar summary on AO3 is not the one I was thinking of.
