I actually would not hold it against someone throwing a "wah why can't so and so write MY OTP?" tantrum on their own blog, because it's their own blog, and frankly I have done similar (I have bitched on my dA journal about disliking Kili/Tauriel and Solas). Just realise posting rants like that anywhere means it's out in the public eye, even if it's under a filter so only certain people can see it.

The part that I find questionable is complaining about a specific writer writing something they don't like, especially after leaving a positive review. It makes the review look fake, and the reviewer ignorant of just how public their posts really are.
