Narnia fic. It was quite long and started out really good. But the ending was so awful. It went in a direction that was just mean and shit upon a lot of the stuff that's in the Narnia books themselves - the reason lots of people would read the fic in the first place.

That would be fine if it had been warned for but it wasn't. The surprise of it, plus how terrible the actual ending was, was revolting.

The story undid Edmund's redemption, and made Aslan and everything he stands for evil in the end. The story gave no hint it was going to go in this direction.
