There is nothing to do about this. You need to see a doctor and sooner rather than later. Nothing I can recommend for over the counter medication is likely going to put even a dent in the pain if it either either PCOS or endometriosis.

It is an incredibly shitty situation, and the US health care system is awful, but there isn't anything to be done.
