Yes I have. And this was after "freezing it" by a doctor failed. Though, I've only tried it on callused skin (foot sole), keep that in mind - it might damage regular skin.

Also the skin does come off after few days, if you do it right - including the wart. So it does leave a bit of a wound if the wart was big. But it never returned after that.
