(Anonymous) 2015-08-21 11:09 pm (UTC)(link)I was reading a biography on TE Lawrence and apparently, during the attack on Aqaba, he accidentally shot his camel in the back of the head, flipped off the darn thing, then lay on the ground reciting poetry convinced he was going to die.
And now I can't stop picturing this happening in the movie's depiction of the event and I crack up.
(Yes, I am Lawrence anon).
I ALMOST made a secret about this, but I controlled myself.
