there's probably more closeted bi people than anything

I wish but come on now.

I know, right? In an ideal world everyone (good looking) would be bisexual and open for whatever but that's not the way things are. I'm all for LGBT visibility and more flexibility and openness in gender roles but certain people in the community are getting desperate in weird ways. Our efforts are needed in other places than cartoons.

According to a lot of studies, yes. Most people are at least a little bit. Even 1% of attraction to your own gender means you're bi, by definition.

Also if you look at ancient history it's hard to draw any other conclusion than that a huge amount of us are bi, but that it only comes out depending on situation.

But most relationships are still m/f.

sure, but in theory most people could relate to those gay feels, so acting like it's alienating a huge audience is a little disingenuous.

People relating to identities not their own? Majority identity people relating to minority identities not their own? Perish the thought!

Yeah, I think so too.

More than agender, for sure.

The "most are bi" argument is reason enough to gender objects. Gives bisexuals two genders to relate to. But looking at it that way doesn't allow people to self-righteously cry homophobia.
