I think you're thinking of the two Ukranian guys torturing some guy with tools - the video got a 2girls1cup style name that I don't remember.

They were caught! I think the video even helped the police catch them.

(I always wonder why criminals are so stupid that they put pics and videos of themselves committing crimes online, but I hope they never stop if it helps land their asses in jail)

I think I saw it on a 2girls1cup style website so could be. I'm not game to view the videos of the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs but after reading their wiki idk if that's it? There's no mention of a man being murdered by a power drill. It was definitely a drill, I remember turning the video off (maybe 1 min into it) when they turned it on. They were in a ditch and he was alive and they'd removed his eyeballs :(

Maybe they were Russian or something. Idk. I don't think I can sleep until I find out now :(

I have only seen gifs of the video the ayrt was talking about and it was ... 3guys1hammer or something? I don't remember a drill but I ... kinda didn't stick around long enough to really intensely look at them. But they were in a ditch in some sort of forest I think so it might fit what you described.

Edit: The wiki mentions a screwdriver being used on the eyes, so maybe it was that?

Yeah it might be. I guess I hope it's them so that they're caught and locked away :(

I think I had seen it before it become meme status but the name makes sense.

On second though after gathering the guts to go to google images, that might be them. 21 people ... I'm glad they were caught and hit life ... :(
