Doesn't mean you can take it out on people. It doesn't mean they have to put up with it when you hurt them.

I've had to learn that someone having mental health issues doesn't mean I should excuse them. It explains why they may do or say certain things, but your mental health is also important, and let me tell you, sometimes it's compromised by people telling you you're a horrible person and should be ashamed of existing all because you gave an opinion they didn't like.
