Here's what you do: you go to the school health centre. You ask to see a psychiatrist (it's free on your student health plan). You tell them you've been feeling suicidal. They write your prof a note, your bad grades get dropped retroactively from your record because of severe documented illness, you get referred to someone who can help.

Go make the appointment ASAP.

my grades aren't that bad (except for one class I failed but that was cause I missed the final do to a weird mix up), but the school does reviews where we are ranked and I got a quite low ranking, so even though I got a solid B from my professor(on the basis that I did the amount of work he asked for even if it wasn't high quality), the faculty all looked at my work and thought it was bad. A note can't really fix the damage done there.

I know you can't see it right now, but it actually CAN help if they know there was an actual reason your work was suffering. Maybe you were making bad art. That doesn't mean that's all you do.

I'd check into your school's policies on that. There are always provisions for exactly this kind of medical complication where poor performance can be retroactively erased with appropriate documentation. It might entail something like simply resetting your ranking.

And the exact specifications of the reasons for medical accomodations are never revealed to profs either, so you don't have to worry about the faculty finding out about what you've been dealing with. Usually it would only go to the Dean or co-chair or whoever is authorized to go about making the necessary record changes.

The rankings mostly determine who is in the yearly shows and determine who they think has potential (ie people they will give recommendations for various things), a note wouldn't fix any of that, except for maaaybe the professors being easier on me judgement wise. I don't know, maybe it would help. The other problem is that I need to meet with my professors this week and it takes 2 weeks minimum to get in with the counselors at the school (I have gone to them before and they were supremely unhelpful.)

It's not a thing to take to the counsellors, it's a thing to take to the health centre on campus, or the campus clinic or whatever your school happens to call it. Counsellors usually have minimal training and are unable to give formal diagnoses, whereas seeing a psychiatrist will go a long way toward solving your issues.

Ah okay I misunderstood. Unfortunately that is not free at my school (just looked it up) and I am broke at the moment so I still can't do that for a couple weeks. Might try it when I get my next paycheck though.

I would if I were you. Not only is there a lot of leeway attached to a doctor's note in terms of what can be done to school records and accomodations... it might be useful to you on a personal level to have a better plan of attack next time you have a similar problem rather than just trying to tough it out.
