Well, to be fair to him (I don't know why I want to be fair to him) this is something that irritates me whenever people complain about their internet being slow, for example. You have the entirety of human knowledge in your fucking pocket. You have an object of such unbelievable power that there are sci fi writers that are still alive today, who in their youth, could never have dreamed of it's existence, or it's eventual use. And you piss and moan about a few extra seconds to see what some tumblr moron thinks about their food? Or that your cat video isn't streaming smoothly? Do you not realise how fucking miraculous this technology is?

Really get's my goat when people piss on about the failings of modern technology, without realising how thoroughly awesome what they have is.
