What bothers me is that people immediately respond with certain games or certain demographics which downplays the fact that every kind of person playing every kind of game can be an obnoxious dick

It's worse because they're usually the same people who get mad if anyone else claims that a certain game or type of game "makes people antisocial" or "only antisocial people play this" and yet...
