Not really? The passive aggressive "friendly reminder" in response to this, when they didn't even say it was a first time thing, was pretty snitty. Nobody anywhere is acting like incest is news to FE, though the series' reputation for it is really overblown. They're saying that pandering to the demographic that gets off on it is.
