I like limitations as well, and I think I've played two modded romances in 20-odd years.

But, how other people mod their game is a matter of taste, like the way people write fanfic for a game. Once upon a time, we had an "evil" Imoen incest romance mod based around psychological BDSM. Not my thing, but I don't have to download it.

I agree with that. When it comes to mods, I don't care too much what gets made; it doesn't have any impact on my experience, or on the experience of anyone else who doesn't want to use them.

So was Imoen the evil one or Charname? Because it makes me wonder at the course that would turn Imoen evil, if what happened in Spellhold didn't, and I can imagine a relationship with an Evil Charname psychologically manipulating her would be really fucked up.

Yes, I am an Imoen fan of old.

Both, as I recall. Endgame for the mod involved changing her alignment to chaotic evil.

Somewhere in my files I have some Imoen femslash that I should probably wrap up.
