Seconding Garcia and Morgan's friendship. I also love the friendship each of them shares with Reid.

Hotch and Rossi's friendship is awesome, too. I love any scenes involving the two of them.

Off the top of my head: Fitz/Simmons, Clint/Natasha (leaning more towards just platonic for them now though), and a bunch in Homestuck. (Karkat/Terezi is a good example, though I have other people I prefer to ship them both with. Same with Dave/Jade. Love those friendships though.)

Ichigo/Rukia, I like it either way and I don't care if they end up together or not when it all ends(hell I'm expecting one of them to be dead tbh).

Clint/Natasha, I'm in more of a platonic mood with these two atm but it's one of my favourite Natasha ships.

Sheldon/Penny, I liked the weird relationship they had and shipped it as well(mostly because I kind of loathed all the canon options, I liked Leonard/Priya a bit but honestly I never felt like he deserved her).

All of them? Honestly, this is one of my favorite tropes. Of the ones that are completely platonic (or mostly) in canon:

Harry/Hermione
Doctor/Donna
Willow/Xander
Morgan/Garcia
Hotch/Emily
Fitz/Simmons
Clint/Natasha
Steve/Natasha (but only a little and secondary to my main OTP for each)
Sam/Daniel (Stargate:SG1)
Teyla/Ronan
Zoe/Mal (Firefly, and only post-Wash)
Callie/Mark (Grey's Anatomy, though I also ship Callie/Arizona)

The other ones I have that I can think of right now are either canon or are same gender best friends.

Besides Harry/Hermione -- which I will never let go of -- I love love love Cal and Della from State of Play (tv version). There's so much physical intimacy with them that speaks to their long friendship, which is lovely, but I also wish there had been more.

Ironically, H/H is one of the only ones that I adore but only ship strictly platonically. (Admittedly, though, this might not be the case if I didn't love Hermione/Ron so much.)
