Because all the ones I find anymore are either clickbait, written by people who don't know what they're talking about, or too political.

Welp, anything North American is going to be political, these days. :P Smithsonian and NatGeo usually have fairly short reads that aren't too clickbaity, but may be too dull for you, I don't know.

Glad I could help! LifeHacker is another good one. If you want longer content, there are usually some good finds in /r/longreads, and will give you some new mags to try, as well.

ayrt - true (and I assume it has to do with Simmons leaving, although I so rarely read his stuff), but I still do love reading the sports coverage because it helps me semi-understand what's happening in sports I don't follow but people talk about all the time.
