I often find that the characters I love most as M/F friendships are also characters I would love to see as a couple. This is probably because that's how I do romance IRL. (Though I have a lot of close male friends I'm not attracted to romantically - it's just that when I am attracted to someone it's usually someone I already consider a friend.)

I do agree that we need more M/F friendships since I love those too. I just feel like there are so many couples I would genuinely love to see done either way (not familiar with the people in this secret, though).
