Ooh, yeah, when I took geometry, it was because the school had a ~brilliant~ idea of putting a bunch of students into a room, by themselves, and trying to learn it online w/o any teacher actually in the building with them, so it didn't actually go well, though I'd like to try it again some day! I feel like there's so much I missed. |D

And, thanks again. <3

I'm older than dirt, so we had textbooks and a real live teacher. And I was in school during the country's transition generation from Imperial to metric, which was *so* much fun let me tell you. /s So I measure in metric and cook in imperial.

Re: geometry: I always had fun with the "figure out which shape this will make folded up" questions. The math parts, with figuring out volumes and stuff, yeeeeah, I was a bit iffier on those bits. I keep meaning to pick up one of those introductory math for adults books, but I never get around to it.

I wish we had. :( Unfortunately it was an attempt of the school's to accommodate the "gifted" kids by bumping them up a math level, without actually giving them teachers lol. Later, my brother was in the same position, but instead the school sent him, and the rest of the geometry students to the high school; worked out a lot better.

Ooh, I was bad at that, but visualizing is my thing lol. |D
