Costco is wayyyyyyyyy above average in terms of decency to its workers. It is in no way the norm.

This is also a reason Costco rules and everyone should go there.

Most of them don't. Instead, they hold big sales for all the white collar workers who DO get the day off.

It's awful. It's basically a celebration of class stratification at this point.

Ahahahahhahaha. Today i worked a ten and a half hour shift, and tomorrow I get to work another ten hours, while the store fills with bitchy customers who get the day off. I want to set everything on fire.
