Turkey's great if you know how to cook it. It's not turkey's fault, or the holiday's fault, that most Americans don't know how to cook it. It's a damn shame, but that's how it is.

Also, it's really frustrating to me, because there's no reason that I can see that Thanksgiving should be associated with colonialism and the, you know, genocide of American Indians, and it's fucked up that it ever has been.
