What's RPF you wish existed but doesn't?

Let's say a fandom of <10 fics is defined as not existing for the most part

I really don't care either way? I mean. I don't grok RPF, really, but some of the wankstorms have been amusing. Then it goes down rabbit holes like the thanfiction thing, though, and it's like. Guys. Did you have parents? At all? Are you people in any way connected with reality?

Then goes the argument that the "reality" the RPFers are riffing off isn't actually "real" anyway and ohhhh my head.

See this is why I read gen case/adventure/episode tag/filler fic. When I read it at all, that is.

I'm curious about what you mean by this, not being completely familiar with all the stuff thanfiction has done. Can you elaborate?

Ehhh, I'm not that up to speed on it all, either. Apparently there was this fan who had a group of people convinced fictional characters were real in alternate dimensions, and they could affect these alternate dimensions by spending all their time imagining the fictional characters. Aaaand then it turned into RPF. IIRC, most of these people were in their 20s, which is. Like. They should have had waaaaaay more oversight/supervision, IMO, several years prior, and they might not have ended up that way.

You're such a cinnamon roll, too good and pure for this earth, that if you start talking the casting directors might be inspired to give you some interesting roles."

Sean Harris shrugged. He already had a bunch of cool roles. Roles that had brought him adorably fluffy fans who really needed him to give more interviews.

"Just one question," his agent went on. "What're your thoughts on Real Person Fic?"

"Oh, I'm totes cool with that. Those crazy diamonds need to shine on. If they want to write a rpf of me in a little fandom forum, what kind of person would I be to stop them? The wrong kind, that's who. Nah, we're good."
