It does tend to be the shit writers who pull these tedious micro updates. I thought I was just really intolerant, but no, it's genuinely super annoying, isn't it?

Arrgh! Shut up, fic wtiters, and just post your effing fic!

The problem I think most of these writers have is that they don't understand how much time and effort good fic takes. Everything has to be instant gratification. Thus both the annoying updates and the bad fic.

Problem is, a lot of people who follow them love this shit.
