As for the friends thing: That can be contextual? I'm not married, but I had one friend group... and now I am in a relationship with someone from said friend group. So all my friends are also mutual friends with my SO. (That is a problem at times, but yeah...)

Idk about the other things. Couple facebooks in particular weird me out. Like, its not even helpful? Facebook is so people can connect to you, but how would that even work with a joint facebook? How do you know who you're talking to?
