I think my favorite movie was actually GoF. It wasn't a *good* movie by any means, but it actually entertained me a lot when I saw it in theaters, more than possibly any of the others. But construction-wise, I think it would be very difficult to follow if you didn't know the books.
DH of course had my favorite scene, the romantic one where Harry and Voldemort jump out of a window together. The entire theater I was in burst into giggles. There, and when Voldemort announced that Harry was dead. Worst line delivery ever.

GOF is my favorite of the movies too. GOF is my favorite of the books. I actually really enjoyed the first two a lot. My favorites are GOF and DH part 1, though.
