I'm bitter in that it could have been written better, lost interest around episode 7. The sixers didn't make sense to me. But it could have gotten better in a 2nd season.

I hear ya, OP. I also saw the show and enjoyed it, and thought it was a shame it didn't continue. After a bit of a bumpy start IMO, it really seemed to pick up steam storywise.

Although I think I'm not as bitter as you regarding this series in particular, I *do* know the feeling. Somedays, I feel like the Queen Bee Fan of Cancelled shows: Alien Nation, Earth 2, Terra Nova, Almost Human. And, even though it got more seasons, that terrible, terrible end of Enterprise. Sigh...

Me too OP. Fox seems to have a problem with keeping a syfy program more than a season or two. I still wonder what the second season of Alcatraz would have explained.

To me, Fox just doesn't have the right viewership for SciFi shows and yet, they don't stop trying. It's almost endearing. Then I want these shows to go to SciFi where they belong and would get more love.

The problem is that SyFy (and ChillerTV which is another option) channel belongs to NBC so they don't get picked up that often.

I was so excited about this show, I made two icons for it before it even aired (on LJ, so can't use here). I was so disappointed by the show... it could have been something amazing.
