Well, okay. The first time you see that scene it's a bit terrifying and a little sickening. ...After that the suspense is ruined and it becomes hilarious.

Sadly, I have a really morbid sense of humour, so there are a lot of things that I find funny when they're really not supposed to be.

Just an example, Heavy Rain: Jason's death (had us laughing for minutes). It's not the first or last time I've absolutely lost my shit laughing at ~dramatic character death~ either.

Was it over dramatic. There are some scenes that are just too overacted to be taken seriously. Hell, some are downright embarrassing!

I've only ever encountered that as a sample in an EBM song Phucking Phreak by Velvet Acid Christ, and its OTT-ness really fits the menacing beats somehow.
